What can I expect from my first session?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to connect and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, identify your goals, and determine together if we’re a good fit to continue working together. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about my approach to therapy and how I can support you on your healing journey.

Do you offer teletherapy?

Yes, I offer therapy sessions via a HIPAA compliant/secure video platform.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I am an in-network provider for:

What does therapy cost per session?

My fee is $150 per 50 minute session. I accept all major credit cards at the time of session.

How long should I expect to be in therapy?

The answer to this question varies depending on each individual client, however, on average, my clients often work with me for one year or longer.
